A light refreshing cordial made with fresh raspberries infused with rose geranium leaves that grow in our garden here in Lancashire.
Dilute to taste with still or sparkling water to taste.
Also lovely mixed with gin or vodka for an impromptu homemade cocktail.
Can be used as a drizzle over ice cream. Try mixing, instead of using water, with icing sugar for a delectable glacé icing to top a vanilla sponge.
